The company already manages other prominent hotels in Belfast such as Holiday Inn and Crowne Plaza. Additionally, their development plans include an aparthotel project set to be constructed on Great Victoria Street.
In recent times, the hotel sector has witnessed considerable activity within Northern Irelands commercial property marketa notable contrast to a slow economic period experienced early in 2024 and at the beginning of 2025. Other significant transactions in this segment include:
- The McKeever Hotel Group’s purchase of The Lodge located in Coleraine.
