The Dark Web Chronicles: Unveiling the Horrible Online History of Three Serial Killers

Recently, YouTube user Nicholas Prosper uploaded a video hinting at his fascination with a character from The Walking Dead. This revelation came to light after tragic events unfolded in September last year when 18-year-old Nicholas Prosper was apprehended by police in Luton.

Nicholas lived with his mother, Juliana Falcon, and siblings Kyle (16) and Giselle (13) on the Marsh Farm estate. The night of September 13th saw a horrific turn of events as Prosper killed his family members before being apprehended by officers responding to reports of disturbances.

At his first court hearing, Nicholas’s father, Ray Prosper, expressed immense grief: “I still love you, son,” he said through tears. The teenager pleaded guilty to the murders at a subsequent hearing and revealed that he had also planned an attack on St Joseph’s Catholic Primary School in Luton.

Despite this tragic history with mental health issues, Nicholas Prosper showed no prior involvement with local psychiatric services. His digital footprint painted a disturbing picture: frequent visits to websites featuring final moments of individuals and an interest in mass shootings such as the Columbine High School massacre. He had even banned from one website for making pro-paedophile comments.

Nicholas’s fixation on Clementine, a child character from The Walking Dead video game, became evident when he posted a video declaring himself “the chosen one,” guided by her like Christians follow Jesus Christ. Both Nicholas and his brother Kyle had attended Cardinal Newman Catholic School in Luton; Kyle was known for his kindness.

The school expressed its commitment to the safety of students following these revelations but stated that there were no specific behavioral concerns about Nicholas, nor did they know if he received any additional support or followed an education health and care plan. The security measures at St Joseph’s remain robust, as confirmed by Hazel Simmons from Luton Borough Council.

Nicholas Prosper will face sentencing next week in court proceedings expected to provide more details on his case. His actions have profoundly affected the family and community he was part of. Det Ch Insp Sam Khanna of Bedfordshire Police echoed this sentiment: “This tragic case has seen three innocent lives lost within one family, a truly heartbreaking situation.”
